What is a cold-air diffuser?

A cold-air diffuser (also known as a nebulizing diffuser) uses advanced cold-air technology to disperse fragrance oil into a fine, dry mist without heat or water. This method preserves the integrity of the scent, provides consistent coverage, and allows fragrance to evenly fill larger spaces.

Are your fragrance oils safe?

Yes. All Essentique fragrance oils are carefully formulated to be:

  • IFRA-compliant

  • Free from parabens and phthalates

  • Safe for use in cold-air and nebulizing diffusers when used as directed

Our fragrance oils are designed for air diffusion only. We do not recommend ingestion or direct skin application unless a product is specifically labeled for cosmetic use.

How long does the fragrance oil last?

Fragrance oil longevity depends on diffuser settings, run time, and room size. On average:

A 100 ml fragrance oil lasts approximately 2–3 months under typical home use.

Lower intensity settings and shorter run times can significantly extend oil life, while larger spaces or higher intensity settings will use oil more quickly.

Will this work in my home or business?

Yes. Our diffusers and fragrance oils are designed for both residential and commercial use, including:

Do I need water or heat?

No. Essentique cold-air diffusers do not use water or heat. Oils are diffused dry, which helps prevent mold, residue buildup, and scent distortion while delivering a cleaner, more consistent fragrance experience.

Are your scents strong?

Our fragrances are designed to be noticeable but not overwhelming. Intensity is fully adjustable through your diffuser settings, allowing you to control scent strength based on room size, airflow, and personal preference.

How fast do you ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard U.S. shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened oils cannot be returned.

Can I mix different fragrance oils?

We do not recommend mixing fragrance oils, as this may affect scent performance and diffuser operation. Each fragrance is carefully blended to perform best on its own.

How do I clean my diffuser?

We recommend cleaning your diffuser when switching scents or every 1–2 months:

  1. Remove the fragrance oil bottle

  2. Add a small amount of rubbing alcohol

  3. Run the diffuser for 5–10 minutes

  4. Power off and reinstall your fragrance oil

Regular cleaning helps maintain performance and scent quality.
