Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at Support@essentique.shop. Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided, including the return shipping address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
